Warranty information
The offered product bhol comes with a manufacturer's warranty (see below for further information and warranty details!).
The manufacturer (alphadock technologies GmbH) provides a 3-year warranty on the goods advertised with this warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty is valid only within the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the warrantor, will provide one of the following services at its discretion:
- free repair of the goods or
- Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the case of damage to the goods caused by
- abusive or improper treatment
- Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Failure to observe any safety precautions
- Failure to follow the operating instructions
- Use of force (e.g., blow, push, fall)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear and tear
To make a warranty claim, the warrantor must be given the opportunity to inspect the product upon request by sending it in. Care must be taken to prevent damage during transport by using appropriate packaging.
To claim under warranty, you must provide the warranty provider with proof of purchase upon request (e.g., by enclosing a copy of the original invoice for the returned goods). Please understand that the manufacturer may refuse warranty service without proof of purchase, as this is necessary for calculating the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller if this information is not included in the submitted proof of purchase or if the information there is no longer current.
Warranty claims are always processed free of charge for you. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed by the warranty provider. If the product requires removal and installation for a fee, the warranty provider will cover these costs.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not limited by this guarantee and can be exercised by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee.
